తయారు చేసే విధానం 

ముందుగా నాలుగు గుడ్డు లు తీస్కోండి.

స్టవ్ మీద పాన్ పెట్టి ఎగ్స్ ఉడకడానికి సరిపడా వాటర్ పెట్టి సాల్ట్ అండ్ ఎగ్స్ వేసి ఉడికించుకుని వాటిని క్లీన్ చేసి గాట్లు పెట్టి పక్కన పెట్టుకోవాలి

ఇప్పుడు స్టవ్ మీద వేరే పాన్ పెట్టుకుని అందులో
దాల్చిన చెక్క - 1 ఇంచ్
లవంగాలు -4
యాలకులు -2
ధనియాలు - 2 స్పూన్స్
జీలకర్ర - 1/2 స్పూన్
ఎండు కొబ్బరి  - 1 స్పూన్ (ఆప్షనల్)

చిన్న మంట  పెట్టి వేయిన్చుకోవాలి నువ్వులు - 2 స్పూన్స్ వేసి ఫ్రై చేస్కుని

చల్లారిన తరువాత మిక్స్ లో వేస్కుని వెల్లులి -3, కరం పొడి - 1/2 స్పూన్ (కరం ఎక్కువ ఇష్టపడే వారు 2 1/2 స్పూన్ వరుకు వేస్కొవచ్చు ) ఉప్పు - తగినంత , పసుపు -  చిటికెడు అన్ని బాగా గ్రైండ్ చేసుకోవాలి .

ఇప్పుడు రెండు ఉల్లిపాయలు తీస్కుని మీడియం లో గ్రైండ్ చేసుకోవాలి లేదా  సన్నగా తరగాలి.

 స్టవ్ మీద పాన్ లేదా  కడై పెట్టుకుని ఆయిల్- 5స్పూన్స్  వేసుకుకోవాలి ఇప్పుడు ఎగ్స్ వేస్కుని

 ఉప్పు, కరం, పసుపు అన్ని చిటికెడు వేసి బాగా ఫ్రై చేసుకోవాలి పక్కన తీస్కుని పెట్టుకోవాలి

ఇపుడు అదే కడాయిలో పచ్చిమిర్చి -3, కరివేపాకు , అల్లం వెల్లిలి పేస్ట్ - 1/2 స్పూన్, గ్రైండ్

చేసుకున్న ఉల్లిపాలయాలు  వేస్కుని గోల్డెన్ బ్రౌన్ వచ్చేవారుకు ఫ్రై చేసి అందులో ఎగ్స్ ,

ముందుగా తయారు చేసుకున్న మసాలా కరం  వేసి చిన్న మంట పెట్టి  2 నిముషాలు
కలుపుకోవాలి.

అంతే గుడ్డు కరం రెడీ ఇప్పుడు స్టవ్ చేస్కుని ఒక బౌల్ లో కి తీస్కుని కొత్తిమీర తో గార్నిష్ చేసుకోవాలి. ఇది చాలా బాగుంటుంది.

 ట్రై చేసి మీ రెసిపీ ఫొటోస్ నాకు పంపించండి 

తయారు చేసే విధానం  ముందుగా నాలుగు గుడ్డు లు తీస్కోండి. స్టవ్ మీద పాన్ పెట్టి ఎగ్స్ ఉడకడానికి సరిపడా వాటర్ పెట్టి సాల్ట్ అండ్ ఎగ్స్ వేసి...

ఏప్రిల్ 28, 2006న సినిమా విడుదలైంది. సినిమా సంచలన విజయం సాధించి కలెక్షన్ల వర్షం కురిపించింది. ఈ సినిమా తెలుగు సినిమా పరిశ్రమ ప్రారంభమైన 75 సంవత్సరంలో విడుదలైంది. సినిమా సాధించిన కలెక్షన్లు రూ.40 కోట్లు దాటడం 75ఏళ్ళ సినీ పరిశ్రమలో కొత్త రికార్డుగా నిలిచింది.



ఈ సినిమా బాక్స్ ఆఫీస్ వద్ద ఒక రికార్డు  సృస్టించింది. ఈ సినిమా చిత్రీకరణ 70 రోజుల్లో పూర్తైంది.
